Hello Friends!

2020, has been quite a ride, so far, to say the least!  Fortunately, my bandmates and I are staying busy, performing outdoor concerts, some that existed prior to Covid-19, and some that my friend, Manager and Booking Agent, created out of thin air.  I’ve always said, “Evolve or Dissolve”.  A great example of this would be our outdoor, stage concerts at the Clambake Restaurant, located in beautiful, Pine Point, Scarborough, Maine.  The Clambake boasts a huge parking lot, where cars can be spaced every other spot, while folks place lawn chairs between their cars, respectively, and get to enjoy, delicious seafood, and our music for 3 hours.  My bandmates and I love the gig, and we believe the fans do too!  As you know, I also have a DUO and TRIO which stays busy with outdoor Tiki Bar performances at The Royal Anchor Hotel, right on the ocean on Old Orchard Beach, the wonderful, Fore Points Marina near Portland’s Old Port District and our BAND and DUO also enjoys performing on stage at Bayley’s Camping Resort, Scarborough, ME.  Bayley’s boast a big, beautiful stage, great lighting and room for lots of social distance between table settings.  So, basically, with all of this, we’re successfully, making our way forward, towards a time when concert venues, will hopefully, get back to welcoming groups of musicians and listeners alike.  Kristen has also created a new, outdoor performance venue with some people at Thompson’s Point, Portland, Maine.  We look forward to those upcoming shows too!

I’ve also been quite busy in my recording studio.  I consider it quite a privilege to be presently, recording one of my musical heroes, the great, Jonathan Edwards!  He’s got some fantastic, new music and our musical camaraderie is quite enjoyable!  I also have other very talented artists whom I’m privileged to work with as well, from songwriters to businesses who need advertising music and voiceovers.  I enjoy it all!  The recording process has always been loads of fun for me.  It’s a trade I’m glad I learned out of necessity, years ago.  It his current climate, I feel quite blessed to be able to augment my time serving the needs of other artists with production.

Thank you all, for your continued support and enthusiasm for our music.  We’ll keep  the music coming and look forward to when we can shake hands and hug again!

Your Friend,
Don

(And the band too!)
